hCare Access - Quick, Easy Remote Access to Hospital Clinical Systems
hCare Access is a new way to access our hospital systems via a Citrix component (and without using a security token). By answering challenge questions on your initial access and “binding” to specific computers, you will only have to enter your user ID and password. Only when using a different computer will you have to answer two challenge questions. Furthermore, while using this application, all required software components of Meditech and Horizon Patient Folder will be managed by this application, which means fewer application compatibility issues with your personal computer devices. This solution also bridges the gap between Meditech & Apple products, making Meditech and Horizon Patient Folder available on Mac Books & iPads.
