This research study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an experimental drug to treat a form of depression called major depressive disorder (MDD). Volunteers ages 18-65 with a history of depression -- either a single episode or recurrent episodes -- may qualify. The research site is in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

This is a 3-month clinical research study for adults ages 18 to 64 with insomnia. Participants will be required to visit the clinic once a week for the first four weeks of the study, then once a month after that. They will receive study-related exams including a medical history, physical examinations, electrocardiogram (EKG), blood tests, and study medication. The research sites are located throughout the United States.

Restless Legs

Do you have an urge to move your legs to relieve uncomfortable sensations? Are these sensations worse during periods of inactivity or in the evenings? If so, you may qualify for a research study of an investigational medication for restless legs syndrome (RLS). Candidates 18 or older who do not have sleep apnea or diabetic neuropathy may be eligible. The research site is in Midvale, Utah.
