Scheduling an imaging appointment
All appointments except mammograms require a referral from a physician. Outpatient scheduling is handled between your referring physician and the imaging center.
Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment, and bring your insurance information, a list of medicines you are currently taking and any additional documents provided by your physician. You can also preregister online to save time at check-in. You will be advised before your test for any limitations on food or water. It is important to follow your physician's instructions before testing to receive the most accurate results.
