Nobody should have to navigate a cancer diagnosis or treatment alone. At LewisGale Medical Center, we offer cancer support resources for patients and their families. This program includes services such as educational programs, nutritional counseling, support groups and more.

Clinical trials

As part of our mission to constantly improve our cancer treatment options and programs, we actively participate in cancer clinical trials and research for a wide variety of cancers. This allows us to be on the cutting-edge of cancer treatment. If you are interested in participating, please talk with your oncology doctor.

Getting to our cancer office

We are located in Medical Office Building B at 1802 Braeburn Drive in Salem, Virginia. Once you arrive, you may park in the main lot located outside the building or use our free valet service. To get to our oncology and hematology department, take elevator B to the first floor.

Scheduling an appointment

To schedule an appointment, you must first have a referral from your primary care doctor. Our office hours are Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm. You can call our office at (540) 772-3580.
