The news of her breast cancer diagnosis could not have come at a worst time. Judy was looking forward to the birth of her first grandson. Now in addition to celebrating a new life, she would be fighting for her own. Over the next 12 years, she would battle breast cancer two more times. Each time Judy turned to the LewisGale Regional Cancer Center in Pulaski for her radiation treatments. She always felt important at LewisGale, as if she was their only patient. Having that level of high-quality, compassionate cancer care, so close to home and her family, meant the world to Judy.
